The cottage is available from March – October, Letting Period is Saturday to Saturday. Please arrive after 3.30pm and depart by 9.00am.
We have a no smoking and no pets policy. Bridge House is insured for occupancy by five people.
PRICING
Our weekly Charge covers the cost of electricity, Wifi and telephone (set to allow local calls and emergency calls) a starter supply of wood and a Welcome Pack of milk, butter, cheese and bread. Linen and towels are provided.
PAYMENT
A non refundable deposit of £100 confirms your booking. Full payment for your holiday is due SIX weeks before your arrival. If your booking is made within SIX weeks of your arrival the Full Balance will be payable at the time of booking.
Payment may be made by Bank Transfer. Payments from outside the UK should be made in Pounds Sterling with the amount adjusted to take currency fluctuations into account. We find most people prefer to make one Payment in Full at the time of booking thus avoiding excess Bank Charges.
Your right to Cancel your booking and receive a refund as per the Cancellation Policy below is unaffected.
Your booking is secured as soon as funds arrive in my Account. My Bank Account details will be sent to you on receipt of your confirmed Enquiry.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If Cancellation occurs within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday then the full rent for the period of the holiday is forfeit unless the accommodation is re-let
You may wish to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance
The Owners of the Property are not liable for any damage suffered by the occupants, their vehicles or bicycles whether caused directly or indirectly by their occupancy of the premises.
Report any damage to the property manager. Hirers are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or contents during or as a result of their occupancy. We use an ‘Honesty Box’ system for small breakages and ask that you leave cash to cover the cost of replacements.
The Owners bear no responsibility for cancellations of or deviations from the published sailing times of the ferries.
