COVID 19 Info

In response to Government Guidelines we have made several changes in how we present the Cottage to ensure as far as we can that the risks to all concerned are minimised. During your stay please let us know if you have the slightest suspicion that you may be affected by the Virus – feeling feverish, sore throat, loss of taste or smell.  Our phone number is 01875 320624 or 07815 736641

Our Housekeeper will be using appropriate cleaning products and following recommended protocols

We have streamlined the range of kitchen utensils and crockery so that everything can be cleaned between lets

Regretfully we now only feel able to leave a supply of teabags, instant coffee, sugar, salt and pepper

A welcome pack of Bread, butter, cheese and oatcakes will still be provided

We have removed Board Games and CD/DVDs.  Our small Library of light reading and island history remains but we ask that any book that you use could be returned to a windowsill in the Parlour so that we can ‘rest’ them for 72 hours between visits

We ask that you strip the beds that have been used – excluding mattress protectors – and place the linen and towels, including tea towels, in the laundry bags provided

Please also open windows in rooms that you have been using.  Perhaps not fully open if it is raining heavily and blowing a gale!

We have reduced our Rates to reflect the more streamlined presentation of the accommodation

We offer  a 10% Discount for occupancy by two people

We also offer a 10% Discount on the second week of a two week holiday booking

For further pricing details refer to our Terms and Conditions  page

With these changes in place we hope that you are able to have a wonderful holiday in Islay
